Growing up in a small-town Mississippi commercial real estate family, Alex's interest for development and leasing was inspired at a young age. After graduating from the University of Mississippi, Alex relocated to Dallas, Texas where he specialized in local and national tenant representation brokerage. Alex's passion for development and the, lead him to found Pure Development Company, LLC. When not traveling across the country identifying sites, Alex resides in Fairhope, AL with his boykin spaniel "Millie", where they enjoy the coastal lifestyle of saltwater fishing, hunting, and boating.
